MJ Conroy is delighted to announce that we have been honoured with two prestigious awards at the 2024 Irish Construction Excellence (ICE) Awards. The gala event, held on May 24th at the Convention Centre in Dublin, celebrated the highest achievements in the construction sector across Ireland.
Following a remarkable 2023 where we were recognised with a Silver Award for the outstanding renovation and repurposing of the PorterShed at Bowling Green, Galway, MJ Conroy has continued to excel. This year, our dedication and innovation have earned us awards in two significant categories:
- Commercial (up to €20 million) – For our exceptional work on the PorterShed at Market Street, Galway. This project showcases our commitment to transforming spaces into dynamic and functional hubs that foster community and innovation.
- Health, Safety & Wellbeing Initiative (T/O up to €100 million) – For our introduction of HammerTech Safety Software. MJ Conroy is the first company in Ireland and the UK to partner with HammerTech – a leading HSEQ software platform provider. Adopting a cloud-based system with digital workflows has significantly impacted business and by association, subcontractors and their employees. MJ Conroy has key operational information to manage compliance, control risk and improve safety – all accessed quickly and remotely from one online platform.
