The refurbishment and fit out of 50,000 square feet high end office facility.
The project involved the upgrades of part of EA’s existing office building to create new open plan office space, new auditorium, new meeting rooms, new reception and security rooms, and new larger canteen.
Externally the work involved the installation of new windows and curtain wall systems with associated works to the existing foul sewage system and AHU plant areas.
