The project consisted of the construction of a new clean room facility within the existing Allergan facility. The works involved extensive demolition of existing structures – walls, floors, gantries and services – and the installation of new structure steel and technical floor areas overhead, as well as associated services and clean room.
The work was carried out adjacent to an operational manufacturing and packaging area of the plant and required extensive access and protection to overhead void and plant room areas during the execution of the work.
