The project consisted of the construction of a new 15-metre high Cold Store in the existing car park area to the east side of the existing Allergan Botox facility. The work included the fit-out of the cold store including internal racking, insulated panelling, flat roof, external finishes and associated mechanical services. The initial phase of the works also involved the location and diversion of underground high tension electrical cables and sprinkler services, as well as the construction and diversion of the existing underground steam duct to facilitate the new cold store construction.
