MJ Conroy Construction undertook this Design & Build refurbishment and fit out of 3000 square feet of existing office space in Galway City Centre for SmartBear. A USA based ICT Company.
The project involved installation of new cellular glazed offices, new open plan areas, canteens, breakout zones and new toilet and shower facilities.
The project was completed in a two month timeframe.
