We have introduced a new way for anyone to complete an observation/ suggestion at any of our workplaces. The idea is that the poster below will be place around the workplace– in canteen/ welfare facilities, office, site entrance, whiteboard areas etc.
By simply scanning the QR code on the poster using the camera on your phone, you are brought directly to a form for completion of your comment. These forms are collated centrally by us and the issues raised will then be addressed and responded to. The existing hand written suggestion card system can still be used, by manually filling these out. This new system offers just an additional and easier way of logging your comment. We actively encourage all employees and contractors to use the system. The active participation from employees and others is very important to our aim of receiving feedback and as a means of us continually improving our workplaces.
