The project consisted of the construction of new write-up, cell culture and micro laboratories which involved alterations to the existing laboratory layout. The works involved the demolition of existing partition walls, alterations to room layouts, new floor, wall, ceiling and furniture, along with necessary mechanical and electrical service alterations. The work took place within the Allergan Botox plant, primarily in the existing laboratories in the phase 3 area. There were also associated works in the overhead plant room and gantry areas to facilitate routing and installation of services by mechanical and electrical contractors. The work was carried out in three phases.
